Romance Galore!!! Feel Good Books!!!

Hey guys!!
It's been awhile! I've been overwhelmed catching up on school work and exams and of course binge reading in-between!! This post is going to be filled with ROMANCE! I know, I know! I finally went and read a few new adult/adult romance books, and now I can't stop. I've ordered probably $200 worth because I just can't get enough!!

WHY DID I TAKE SO LONG TO TRY THESE BOOKS!!! It's alright, I'm trying to catch up now.

With the stress of exams, finals creeping up, and life in general, these are some feel good books. They will make you laugh, cry, and maybe laugh until you cry (some did for me anyways!).

These definitely helped me during exams! I hate being stressed and books are my stress reliever.

Without further a-do...feast your eyes and soul on these beautiful books that brought me joy, sadness, and heart wrenching romance.......

***These are New Adult/Adult Romance, so there is mature content in these books****

Recklessly Royal (Suddenly #2) by Nichole Chase

Catherine has spent her life being the perfect princess. She’s kept her hands clean, her head down, and most importantly—men at arm’s length. After all, most men are after only one thing, and for Cathy there’s a lot more at stake than her bed; she has to worry about the fate of an entire nation. But at the rate she’s going, Cathy is afraid she’ll give the Virgin Queen a run for her money. She is tired of waiting for someone good enough to come along. She has a plan, and it all hinges on seducing the one man who seems utterly unimpressed by all things royal. The one man she is tempted by more than any other . . .

When David arrives at the royal wedding of his friend, the newly ordained Duchess Samantha Rousseau, he expected to feel uncomfortable and out of his element, but he wasn’t prepared to be targeted by Prince Alex’s gorgeous younger sister. With Cathy’s giant blue eyes, killer figure, and sense of humor, it won’t take long before he gives in. But when he finds out just how innocent the crown princess really is, will he play the part of knight in shining armor or the dashing rogue?

Review:
I LOVED the first book in the series, and.......I LOVED the second as well!!! I was nervous to see how the second would square up, but it was amazing! I love the chemistry between characters and the first drunken scene had me laughing and slapping my palm to my forehead for the MC! Definitely a feel good read!

Losing It by Cora Carmack

Sick of being the only virgin among her friends, Bliss Edwards decides the best way to deal with the problem is to lose it as quickly and simply as possible - a one-night stand. But her plan turns out to be anything but simple when she freaks out and leaves a gorgeous guy alone and naked in her bed with an excuse that no one with half-a-brain would ever believe. And as if that weren't embarrassing enough, when she arrives for her first class of her last college semester, she recognizes her new theatre professor. She'd left him naked in her bed about 8 hours earlier.

Review:
This one had me giggling so hard!! At points in the book I had to cover my face with the novel and close my eyes while I laughed! The awkwardness, the dialog, just everything! Cute, funny, sexy, and entertaining read! I loved it and can't wait to read more by Cora Carmack!!!

Review:
Can I just sit here and fan myself!!! Hotness! So I will start off by saying I was on the fence about this book. I read a few reviews to see if I wanted to order it, and one of the reviews a read was someone who completely hated it. The funny thing is, the review that said they hated it and the reasons why was the main reason I ordered this book. I couldn't get it out of my head. I had to see it for myself and see what it was really like.

Unlike that reviewer, I LOVED it. Yes, I get their point of view, but I guess I'm a bit more understanding and also felt for the character that they didn't like. I love the intensity of this book. I love the intensity of the main characters. The need, want, and protectiveness. Some of the things one of the MC's does had me chuckling and giddy.

Ripped dudes with tattoos who attend secret fights. Oh man! This book is amazing at an intense level. You really will not be able to put it down or do anything besides read, so cut out some time you'll need it.

Review:
Holy heartache!!! If you have a whole day or two to yourself, I recommend reading this book right then! You won't want to put it down! This book pulled me back and forth. I laughed so hard I cried. I laughed so much in this beautiful book, but I also cried. The feelings these characters have pour off the page and take your breath away. The music that goes along with the book makes your heart stop, you close your eyes, and clutch at your chest (or at least I did). It definitely brings it more to life, even more than the writing alone already does. I had to stop reading and go to class in the middle of a heart wrenching scene, I was so depressed my husband kept asking what was wrong. I finally had to tell him that the characters in this book were making me mad, and I wanted to keep reading until they got their sh*t together. I can't stop listening to the beautiful music that goes along with the story, and I can't stop the feelings even after I've finished the book. This was my first Colleen Hoover book, and it will not be my last. I'm in love <3

Nobody's Princess by Esther M. Friesner

Nobody's Princess by Esther M. Friesner She  is  beautiful, she  is  a princess, and Aphrodite  is  her favorite goddess, but something in Helen of Sparta just itches for more out of life. Not one to count on the gods—or her looks—to take care of her, Helen sets out to get what she wants with steely determination and a sassy attitude. That same attitude makes Helen a few enemies—such as the self-proclaimed "son of Zeus" Theseus—but it also intrigues, charms, and amuses those who become her friends, from the famed huntress Atalanta to the young priestess who is the Oracle of Delphi. In  Nobody's Princess,  author Esther Friesner deftly weaves together history and myth as she takes a new look at the girl who will become Helen of Troy. The resulting story offers up adventure, humor, and a fresh and engaging heroine you cannot help but root for.   Audience: 13+ Review:  I loved watching Helen grow up, I love seeing female characters g...
