We Thought We Knew It All By Michelle Lynn!!

I hope everyone had a great New Year!! I spent it at home with my love and our fur babies =D

We Thought We Knew It All by Michelle Lynn

(We Thought We Knew It All Book 2)

Much can happen in ten years. People change. Life occurs; death ensues. Secrets are kept; truth prevails.

A decade has passed since Callie and Jamie exchanged goodbyes. At the time, they didn’t realize it might be their final exchange, and they’d disappear from each other’s lives. But that’s exactly what happened. Now, Callie finds herself at a crossroads. Caught between her current life and the longing for her past, she must decide what is best for her.

Jamie has worked hard to make something of himself — to prove his father wrong. Life as an Army Ranger isn’t easy, but it’s who he is down to his core. When everything starts to crumble, he receives news from home that makes him think about his life. Earlier, he vowed never to set foot in Gulf City again. Now, there's no reason he can’t go home.

Except there is... And her name is California McCoy.

Review:

I needed this. The closure. These characters are powerful and real, and after reading book 1 you will want to know what happens next. It shows the beautiful and the ugly with amazing writing <3 These boys stole my heart and make me want babies (even sooner but probably not for a few years still realistically) I don't know what it was. A perfect storm of character development, story telling, twists and turns, realness and more but I couldn't put these down. I devoured them one after another. Thank you<3 <3

Cover Reveal!!! Mama's Boy, Last Man Standing Book 1!

Avery Flynn has revealed the cover for  Mama's Boy, Last Man Standing Book 1! Releasing June 21, 2021 He's exactly who you want to take home. Top three lies about mama's boys: 1. That we don't know what we want. That one is straight up BS. I know exactly what I want--to win this bet with my cousins by any means necessary even if it means finding the worst possible date in all of Harbor City and agreeing to whatever she asks in exchange for her pretending to fall for me.       2. That we are soft, little wimps. Yeah, you don't get to be CEO of a multibillion dollar company by letting other people take advantage of you. So as soon as I realize my date Fiona Hartigan isn't exactly who she appears to be, there's nothing that will stop me from figuring out the truth--no matter how many dates it takes to unravel that mystery.       3. That we don't know how to kiss. Oh yes we do. The only problem is...

The Martian By Andy Weir!!!

The Martian by Andy Weir Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars.  Now, he’s sure he’ll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he’s alive—and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive.  Chances are, though, he won’t have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plain-old “human error” are much more likely to kill him first.  But Mark isn’t ready to give up yet. Drawing on his ingenuity, his engineering skills — and a relentless, dogged refusal to quit — he steadfastly confronts one seemingly insurmountable obstacle after the next. Will his resourcefulness be enough to overcome the impossible odds against him? Review: I finally read this book after numerous friends tol...
