Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover
When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she knows it isn’t love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.
Never ask about the past.
Don’t expect a future.
They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all.
Hearts get infiltrated.
Promises get broken.
Rules get shattered.
Love gets ugly.

Review:
My Lovely friend, Shannon Greenland, told me one of her favorites by Colleen Hoover was Ugly Love, so I had to read it especially after reading Someday Maybe! And it did not disappoint! These characters enrapture you from the beginning. The flashbacks rip at your heart especially while coming back to the present day. I was in a desert and couldn't find enough water anywhere. I devoured this book. By then end I was clutching it and trying not to cry, but when I went to tell my husband about the book because I HAD to talk to someone about it! I opened my mouth and couldn't speak, the tears started to flow. So yeah, I bawled as I tried to explain why I was crying. It was amazing. Such a fantastic book! THANK YOU Shannon!!! <3

Stuck-Up Suit by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward
Four consecutive weeks on the New York Times and #1 in Romance.
It started out like any other morning on the train.
Until I became mesmerized by the guy sitting across the aisle.
He was barking at someone on his phone like he ruled the world.
Who did the stuck-up suit think he was...God?
Actually, he looked like a God. That was about it.
When his stop came, he got up suddenly and left. So suddenly, he dropped his phone on the way out.
I might have picked it up.
I might have gone through all of his photos and called some of the numbers.
I might have held onto the mystery man's phone for days―until I finally conjured up the courage to return it.
When I traipsed my ass across town to his fancy company, he refused to see me.
So, I left the phone on the empty desk outside the arrogant jerk's office.
I might have also left behind a dirty picture on it first though.
I didn't expect him to text back.
I didn't expect our exchanges to be hot as hell.
I didn't expect to fall for him―all before we even met.
The two of us couldn't have been any more different.
Yet, you know what they say about opposites.
When we finally came face to face, we found out opposites sometimes do more than attract―we consumed each other.
Nothing could have prepared me for the ride he took me on. And I certainly wasn't prepared for where I'd wind up when the ride was over.
All good things must come to an end, right?
Except our ending was one I didn't see coming.

Review:
Angry, full of himself, hotness in a suit! Her wit as she stood up to this man that has everyone falling at his feet, had me chuckling! Heck her wit in general with everyone she encounters had me laughing through the whole book! He was arrogant, but I guess I like arrogant in books! Between his arrogance and her wit, it was a page turner that demanded to be read in one setting! If you like people with attitude and sassy comebacks this book is for you<3

Review:
Laugh out loud funny! The one person that doesn't want the fame that comes with being with this Hockey player. They both need each others help to get something they want, but with her being reluctant he has to step up his game. It's funny to read the encounters! They're both witty, there's plenty of laughs, sexiness, romance, and serious content that you WILL NOT want to put this book down! I carried it with me everywhere! From beginning to end I was laughing I really can't wait to see what Elle Kennedy's other books hold!

RoomHate by Penelope Ward
Sharing a summer house with a hot-as-hell roommate should be a dream come true, right?
Not when it’s Justin…the only person I’d ever loved…who now hates me.
When my grandmother died and left me half of the house on Aquidneck Island, there was a catch: the other half would go to the boy she helped raise.
The same boy who turned into the teenager whose heart I broke years ago.
The same teenager who’s now a man with a hard body and a hardass personality to match.
I hadn’t seen him in years, and now we’re living together because neither one of us is willing to give up the house.
The worst part? He didn’t come alone.
I’d soon realize there’s a thin line between love and hate. I could see through that smug smile. Beneath it all…the boy is still there. So is our connection.
The problem is…now that I can’t have Justin, I’ve never wanted him more.

Review:
The tension!!! From the beginning I was laughing/groaning for these characters! The glimpses into the past had me in love. So many Awe moments in those flashbacks ("She stabbed herself"). The story of two broken hearts, and how you get over that, if you can. One of my favorite parts was further on in the story after a twist. <3 Seeing how that all unfolds is precious and amazing. It made me love these characters even more! Never wanted it to end <3

A Place in the Sun by R. S. Grey
When her mother’s incessant matchmaking hits an all-time high, Georgie Archibald does what any sensible woman would do: she flees the country.
Seeking refuge in the picturesque seaside village of Vernazza, Italy, Georgie’s only plan is to lie low, gorge herself on gelato, and let the wine and waves wash her troubles away... that is until she wakes up in a bed that belongs to the most romantic-looking man she’s ever seen.
Gianluca.
After going out of his way to rescue her, the former London financier turned mysterious recluse makes it clear that despite acting as her white knight, he has no plans to co-star in her fairytale.
But Georgie isn’t asking for his heart—she’s merely intrigued.
After all, Gianluca isn’t just gorgeous—tall and tan from days spent in the sun—his touch sets her world on fire. With him, Georgie experiences the most intoxicating passion she’s ever known, and it only takes a few steamy nights for her to realize that sometimes running away from trouble is the best way to find it.

Oh man! I've been to Rome, but now I really want to go visit some of the beaches in Italy <3 The descriptions take you there, you can smell the food, salt, and sea. You can see the sunset and the waves crashing against the stones. This small village comes to life in A Place in the Sun. The characters are amazing I fell in love from the beginning<3. The awkwardness from being set up with random guys gives a lot of laughs. The heartbreak from the past </3 It's beautiful inside and out. I will definitely be reading more by R. S. Grey <3

I was lucky enough to meet this author at the Barnes and Noble where I work. She told me it was a fun light-hearted read, and it was! I was giggling through the entire book. Within the first few pages I was covering my face in embarrassment. It was cute, funny, and romantic. It was a fun read that I loved especially after taking two finals, it was just what I needed! I can't wait to read more by her!
