Review:
Such an important story about abuse. It gives you a look from both the outside and the inside. With abuse being common in many people's lives or pasts that I know, this book hit home. I felt for all the characters. I was happy, angry, sad, and so much more. I fell in love with Someday Maybe by Colleen Hoover, followed by Ugly Love, and now It Ends With Us, and I won't stop until I've read them all! I absolutely love her writing, and each story gives you something else to fall in love with, even if you might hate some of the characters. Lily's story will stay with you forever <3

"I ate them like salad..." Our love for books, regardless of their content.

Happy Banned Books Week readers! Usually, I don't think too much about banned books.  I have such a deep love for the written word that it never occurs to me that someone, somewhere could possibly take offense to the beautiful words these brilliant minds have shared with us.  The theme of this week however has forced me to stop for a second and think, "Where would I be without my books y'all?!"
