Settling the Score (The Summer Games, #1) by R. S. Grey!!

Settling the Score (The Summer Games, #1) by R.S. Grey

As an Olympic rookie, Andie Foster has spent far more time in her cleats than between the sheets. For 21 years, her Friday nights have consisted of blocking shots rather than taking them. But now that she's landed in Rio, she's ready to see for herself if the rumors about the Olympic Village are true:
• The athletes are all sex-crazed maniacs...
• The committee passes out condoms like candy...
• The games continue long after the medals have been handed out...
As Andie walks the line between rumor and reality, she's forced into the path of Frederick Archibald, a decorated Olympic swimmer and owner of a sexy British accent--too bad he's unavailable in a way that "it's complicated" doesn't even begin to explain.

In other words: off limits.

It doesn't matter that he has abs that could bring peace to the Middle East and a smile that makes even the Queen blush; Andie fully intends on keeping her focus on the soccer field. But the Village is small. Suffocating. Everywhere Andie goes, Freddie happens to be there--shirtless, wet from the pool, and determined to show her a whole new meaning of the phrase "international affairs".

Audience: 18+

Review:
Oh man! R. S. Grey never disappoints! It was so much fun seeing characters from Scoring Wilder again, but also getting a brand new story!! Olympic athletes, lots of soccer, hot accents, parties, and twists at every turn, this book is a page turner! I never wanted to put it down, and I was happy to see at the end that there is a second Summer Games!!! EEEPPP! Andie is fun and doesn't hold back, Frederick is talented but has a few complications... I love most of the characters ;), and I definitely can't wait to read all R. S. Grey has to offer!! Amazing <3

Avery Flynn has revealed the cover for  Mama's Boy, Last Man Standing Book 1! Releasing June 21, 2021 He's exactly who you want to take home. Top three lies about mama's boys: 1. That we don't know what we want. That one is straight up BS. I know exactly what I want--to win this bet with my cousins by any means necessary even if it means finding the worst possible date in all of Harbor City and agreeing to whatever she asks in exchange for her pretending to fall for me.       2. That we are soft, little wimps. Yeah, you don't get to be CEO of a multibillion dollar company by letting other people take advantage of you. So as soon as I realize my date Fiona Hartigan isn't exactly who she appears to be, there's nothing that will stop me from figuring out the truth--no matter how many dates it takes to unravel that mystery.       3. That we don't know how to kiss. Oh yes we do. The only problem is...

The Martian By Andy Weir!!!

The Martian by Andy Weir Six days ago, astronaut Mark Watney became one of the first people to walk on Mars.  Now, he’s sure he’ll be the first person to die there. After a dust storm nearly kills him and forces his crew to evacuate while thinking him dead, Mark finds himself stranded and completely alone with no way to even signal Earth that he’s alive—and even if he could get word out, his supplies would be gone long before a rescue could arrive.  Chances are, though, he won’t have time to starve to death. The damaged machinery, unforgiving environment, or plain-old “human error” are much more likely to kill him first.  But Mark isn’t ready to give up yet. Drawing on his ingenuity, his engineering skills — and a relentless, dogged refusal to quit — he steadfastly confronts one seemingly insurmountable obstacle after the next. Will his resourcefulness be enough to overcome the impossible odds against him? Review: I finally read this book after numerous friends tol...
